What this website does
These pages introduce TravisVia and how to get in touch. They do not create accounts, take bookings or process payments. There is no contact form on this site.
Website visits and security
Our website is hosted on a Tencent Cloud server in Singapore and uses Cloudflare for DNS, content delivery and network security. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request time and the page requested. Operational logs may also contain details needed to diagnose errors or misuse.
We use this information for our legitimate interests in providing a reliable website, investigating faults and preventing abuse. These pages do not contain analytics or advertising scripts.
You can contact us at [email protected]. We process the sender's address, the contents of the enquiry and any information you choose to include so we can reply. Providing this information is voluntary, although we need a reply address to respond.
Incoming email is routed through Cloudflare to our Microsoft Outlook mailbox. We use enquiry information for our legitimate interests in handling support and business correspondence, or to take steps you request before entering a contract. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare, Tencent Cloud and Microsoft may process information to deliver their respective services. Hosting in Singapore and the providers' international infrastructure mean processing can take place outside the United Kingdom. Contact us if you need information about the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to operational and security needs and the providers' service settings. We review whether records are still needed rather than keeping them indefinitely.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on these pages. Our delivery and security providers may use cookies that are necessary for their services. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider your request and explain any grounds for continuing that processing.
